Supporting You in Life, Work, and Meaning
You may be feeling uncertain about your next step, emotionally overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from the direction your life or work is taking. Many of the people I work with are reflective and capable on the outside, while internally navigating anxiety, self-doubt, grief, or a sense that something no longer feels aligned. You want space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My own path has included living and working abroad in Spain, China, and the Netherlands, as well as navigating major career transitions and personal loss. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how identity, meaning, and emotional well-being evolve over time, especially during periods of change and uncertainty.
I believe life is an ongoing process of adjustment and growth, where we learn to understand ourselves more deeply, respond to challenges with greater flexibility, and make choices that feel more aligned with who we are becoming.
How My Experience Informs My Work
Having navigated international moves, career transitions, professional reinvention, and personal loss, I understand how complex and layered life can become. Growth rarely happens in just one area at a time. Emotional well-being, identity, relationships, responsibility, grief, and work often intersect and influence one another in ways that are not always easy to untangle.
Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful adults carrying important questions and internal pressure.
They may be:
Navigating demanding seasons of responsibility or leadership while feeling emotionally depleted.
Functioning at a high level while experiencing internal stress, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion.
Processing grief or significant loss while continuing to function day to day.
Re-evaluating identity, values, or direction during periods of transition or uncertainty.
In our work together, we move beyond “What should I do next?” and instead slow down to understand what is happening within you.
We explore questions such as:
What is asking for attention in your life right now, emotionally and practically?
Where are you overextended, and where are you disconnected from yourself?
How do you stay connected to yourself while managing ambition, responsibility, relationships, and loss?
My Approach
In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate, reflective space where we slow things down and make sense of what you are experiencing. We explore what feels stuck, what patterns keep showing up, and what has or hasn’t helped so far, so you can better understand yourself with clarity and care.
Together, we pay attention to the different parts of your experience including thoughts, emotions, and inner conflicts, and how they show up in your daily life. We also explore what matters most to you, and what kind of life feels more aligned with your values and sense of meaning.
Over time, this work supports greater self-understanding, emotional steadiness, and the ability to respond to life with more flexibility, intention, and self-trust.
