Supporting You in Career and Life

You’re thoughtful, reflective, and successful in many areas of life, but you may be feeling a bit uncertain about your next step, or wondering how to create a career and life that truly aligns with your values. You want space to reflect, explore, and make decisions with confidence with someone who gets it.

My own career path has had its twists and turns through living and working abroad in Spain, China, and the Netherlands, and navigating a transition from education to counseling. Along the way, I’ve experienced the reality of building a career that I love while also moving through personal loss, advocating for myself in high-pressure environments, and making difficult decisions without a clear roadmap.

Those seasons required resilience, discernment, and a willingness to evolve — qualities I help my clients strengthen in themselves.

I understand that career and life are ongoing, iterative processes, where we make decisions based on the information and values we have at the moment, and adjust as we grow and learn.

How My Experience Informs My Work

Having navigated career transitions, international moves, professional reinvention, and personal loss, I understand how complex life can become. Growth rarely happens in one area at a time. Career, relationships, identity, responsibility, and grief often intersect.

Many of my clients are thoughtful adults who are carrying some important questions.

They may be:

  • Navigating a demanding season of leadership or responsibility

  • Adjusting to success that feels different than expected

  • Processing grief or personal loss while continuing to function at a high level

  • Re-evaluating priorities during a significant life transition

In our work together, we move beyond “What should I do next?” and explore deeper questions:

  • What matters most in this season of your life?

  • Where are you stretched too thin and where are you undernourished?

  • How do you carry ambition, responsibility, faith, relationships, and personal well-being in seasons that feel stretched?

My Approach

In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate, open space where we’ll explore what has worked, what hasn’t, and where you want to go next. Using techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy, we’ll work in a collaborative, goal-oriented way, focusing on actionable steps to create meaningful change. By examining your values and personal story, we can shift limiting beliefs and identify the direction that will bring you more fulfillment and alignment in your professional and personal life.
